Patty and John, You can use any comment you want – I really was so impressed with your Inn . Maybe it was a good thing that you didn’t have room for Friday night, we might still be there yet. HeeHee. Rosie

RE: comments
Hi Rosemary,
We are so happy that you had a wonderful stay at Spring Valley Inn. Thank you so much for your kind comments. They really meant the world to us. We were wondering if it would be all right to quote a portion of your comments for our website. We hate to impose, but we do like to have customer testimonials so others can feel confident that they will have a nice experience here at SVI. Thank you again for your lovely comments. They really made our day.
All our best,
Patty and John Rasmussen

Spring Valley Inn
It is the perfect example of an inn. I made the reservations with just the phone number and did not go on your website (my friend did that). So I was just a little leery about the inn since the rooms seemed so reasonable. As we pulled into the driveway at 10:00 p.m. I was pleasantly surprised. It was so beautiful and had exceptionally well-cared for grounds. A personable young man checked us in and again we were so impressed with the décor and the rooms. Touches of Frank Lloyd Wright were everywhere, the pictures, furniture, quilts and throughout the whole building. There were nice little patios that we used that night and also inside there were areas for you to use, set with tables, etc. The next morning we had a wonderful free hot breakfast and sat by the windows watching all the different birds that came to their feeders. After our Taliesin tour, we decided we wanted to stay another night and experience the dining room and the beautiful countryside. Sorry to say they were full but we will be back and all our friends and family will be told about this little gem. (We went on to LaCrosse and stayed at a no-frills hotel, absolutely no frills, and it costs only $10 less than SVI.) The best part, it was owned and operated by the nicest people and their children. Can’t wait to come back.
