Pat's Place serves several dishes unique to the area - such as "The Bomb," a circular loaf of focaccia bread stuffed with mortedella, capicollo, provolone, salami, lettuce and tomato. Or try panzerotti, an inside-out pizza, or enis bread stuffed with ground beef, vegetables or cannoli filling. Where else could you find mashed potatoes with mozarella cheese, or a combinations of ricotta cheese and herbs rolled with tomato, spinach and egg pasta, called rotolo? The special "pick-me-up" dessert, tiramisu, features fresh ladyfingers covered by mascarpone cheese, liqueurs and espresso.
